Job Description: The Aspire Group of Colleges invites applications for the role of Assistant Professor of Botany. This position requires an individual committed to teaching and capable of conducting educational activities both independently and collaboratively. The successful candidate will engage in the instruction of Botany at various levels, participate in the development of educational programs, and contribute to the department’s goals.

Job Type: Contractual basis with potential for permanent employment as per policy.

Salary: PKR 76,550 per month
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver lectures and seminars in the related field.
- Supervise and mentor students in both their coursework and independent research.
- Engage in curriculum development and enhancement according to educational standards.
- Participate in the ongoing development and implementation of innovative teaching methods and materials.
- Collaborate with faculty in cross-disciplinary settings within the college.
Requirements:
- A graduate degree in related field from a recognized university.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; experience in teaching or research will be considered an advantage.
- Must meet domicile requirements for the respective division of posting.
- Age and experience relaxation are already included in the criteria.
Test Requirements:
- One paper MCQ Type Written Test of 100 Marks and 90 minutes duration.
- 80% qualification related questions
- 20% general ability questions covering General Knowledge, Pakistan Studies, Current Affairs, Geography, Basic Mathematics, Urdu, Everyday Science, and Basic Computer Studies.
