Responsibilities under Desired Job

 

Regulatory Compliance

Ensure the company complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines.

Monitor and interpret changes in regulatory laws and guidelines affecting the organization.

Documentation and Reporting

Prepare, review, and submit regulatory filings and ensure timely reporting to regulatory authorities.

Maintain and manage regulatory documents and records in accordance with company and industry standards.

Stakeholder Management

Liaise with government agencies, industry bodies, and regulatory authorities.

Build strong relationships with internal departments to ensure regulatory requirements are met.

Strategic Advice

Provide legal and regulatory guidance to the senior management team.

Develop and implement strategies to ensure compliance with new or revised regulations.

Risk Management

Identify potential regulatory risks and recommend mitigation measures.

Handle regulatory inspections and audits, ensuring the company is prepared and compliant.

 

General Terms and Conditions

 

These contract positions offer competitive remuneration. Male, Female, and Transgender applicants from the listed provinces can apply. The appointing authority may set a higher threshold if needed.
