Responsibilities under Desired Job

 

Administrative Support:

Perform general clerical tasks such as typing, filing, and maintaining office records.

Assist in preparing and processing documents, including reports, memos, and correspondence.

Data Entry and Management:

Customer and Stakeholder Interaction:

Provide front-desk support and assist visitors as needed.

Documentation and Reporting:

Prepare and maintain accurate records of office transactions, meetings, and activities.

Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations as required.

Incomplete or late applications won't be considered. Test dates will be notified to shortlisted candidates via oRea-Pakistan. A minimum of 50% marks in the test is required to qualify. The appointing authority may set a higher threshold if needed.
