Responsibilities under Desired Job

 

Stock Verification:

Conduct regular stock audits and physical verification of inventory to ensure accuracy in stock records.

Verify the quantity, quality, and condition of stock items against records.

Inventory Management:

Maintain and update inventory records in the system, ensuring they reflect the actual stock levels.

Track inflow and outflow of stock and monitor stock usage.

Discrepancy Resolution:

Identify any discrepancies between physical stocks and recorded stock levels and investigate the causes.

Report any irregularities or stock shortages to the relevant departments for resolution.

Audit Support:

Assist in conducting internal audits of inventory and stock management procedures.

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards during stock audits.

Coordination with Departments:

Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement, finance, and warehousing, to ensure smooth stock management.

Coordinate with suppliers to verify stock deliveries and resolve any issues related to stock.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of stock transactions, including receipts, transfers, and dispatches.

Prepare and submit stock verification reports and inventory summaries to management.

Stock Handling:

Ensure proper storage and handling of inventory items to prevent damage or loss.

Monitor the movement of stock and ensure that all stock movements are recorded accurately.

Compliance and Safety:

Ensure that stock management procedures comply with PEPCO’s policies and relevant regulations.

Follow safety protocols related to stock handling and storage to prevent accidents and ensure the safety of staff.

General Terms and Conditions

 

These contract positions offer competitive remuneration. Male, Female, and Transgender applicants from the listed provinces can apply. Candidates can apply for multiple positions by paying separate fees. Appointments will be made through oRea-Pakistan's Screening Test under the Recruitment Policy 2022. Age is calculated as of the application deadline, with a 5-year upper age limit relaxation per Service Rules. Government employees should apply through proper channels. No TA/DA for tests or interviews.

Incomplete or late applications won't be considered. Test dates will be notified to shortlisted candidates via oRea-Pakistan. A minimum of 50% marks in the test is required to qualify. The appointing authority may set a higher threshold if needed.
