Responsibilities under Desired Job
Bill Delivery:
Visit assigned routes to deliver electricity bills to residential, commercial, and industrial customers.
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of bills based on PEPCO’s billing schedule.
Ensuring Accuracy:
Double-check that the correct bill is delivered to the correct address.
Report any issues such as incorrect addresses, customers moving locations, or undelivered bills to the relevant department.
Customer Interaction:
Address any basic customer questions or direct them to the appropriate department for queries related to their bills.
Maintain polite and professional interactions with customers during deliveries.
Reporting:
Submit a daily report on the number of bills delivered, any undelivered bills, and issues encountered during distribution.
Return any undelivered bills to the PEPCO office along with an explanation of why they couldn’t be delivered.
Route Planning:
Plan an efficient route to complete deliveries as quickly and effectively as possible.
Ensure that all areas within the assigned region are covered.
Handling Returns:
For bills that cannot be delivered (e.g., due to incorrect addresses or customers not found), ensure they are returned to the office for further action.
Communicate with supervisors regarding challenges faced in delivering bills.
Safety and Compliance:
Follow all safety protocols while distributing bills, especially when visiting remote or potentially unsafe areas.
Adhere to PEPCO’s policies and guidelines regarding customer interactions and billing procedures.

These contract positions offer competitive remuneration. Male, Female, and Transgender applicants from the listed provinces can apply. Candidates can apply for multiple positions by paying separate fees. Appointments will be made through oRea-Pakistan's Screening Test under the Recruitment Policy 2022.
